Our nephew, Gavin, celebrated his second Halloween. He was a monkey, which was a popular costume, I have seen several pictures of kids that were monkeys. This year he went around to the houses in my parent's neighborhood and got plenty of candy. I don't know if he knew exactly what was going on, but he definitely enjoyed it! He is such a happy, sweet baby.
Unfortunately, the only thing he can do is look at the candy, we recently found out he has a severe allergy to peanuts. Poor baby! Now we all have a lifetime of worry over what he may be exposed to. Extreme care has to be taken with anything he does. This is all very new to us and we will be doing a lot of reading and cleaning out our houses to make sure we are not a hazard for him.
