DBU

This weekend we headed to Dallas Baptist University to go to a graduation prep thing. (Nathan will graduate in August with his MBA!!). It wasn't anything major, just picking up the cap and gown and ordering the diploma frame, etc.... but I thought it would be fun to take Ethan down to his daddy's old stompin' grounds. :)

DBU has a small campus, but it's so pretty! It's hilly and has a gorgeous lookout area on to a lake.
They also recently built this new chapel. Too bad this wasn't built when we got married b/c this would have made for a beautiful ceremony/reception spot. Only thing is there is no dancing....which wouldn't have gone over at my wedding...crazy Baptists (I say that jokingly, of course, I grew up every bit of a good Southern Baptist girl)!

I had hoped to get more pictures of Ethan and Nathan around the campus, but it was so hot! And for some reason the two of them don't find picture taking as fun as I do. :)
