We kind of celebrated our one year anniversary this past weekend. We had cake, but not the top of our wedding cake. We didn't save it, we froze it the week we were gone to our honeymoon and ate it when we got back. We know, we are doomed for divorce! Just kidding. We have always heard the cake is not good after a year and were not wasting cake on a silly tradition.
Our first year of marriage has been great. We adjusted to living together quickly and had already talked about what we expected out of each other, as far as chores are concerned. Of course, Nathan is so sweet and says "yes dear" to whatever I want. He learned that fast. :)
We will be officially celebrating our anniversary this coming Sunday, in Cancun. We will be there for 7 days. We will post all about that when we get back.
